These were the words uttered by co-trainer Jay Deas after a seventh round that saw Deontay Wilder come seconds away from being knocked out by Luis Ortiz. In a fight that went from DVR worthy to a must see YouTube highlight reel KO in a blink, Wilder was able to overcome one of the toughest moments of his career.

Wilder is set to yet again walk through fire, as he is scheduled to fight Luis Ortiz in a rematch on November 23 at the MGM Grand hotel in Las Vegas.
